The metrics look like they’re trending in the right direction for the start of in-person classes in Oshkosh.
The school district is watching a number of factors to determine whether to stick with its original plan, or move to all online classes.
Director of Pupil Services Matt Kamerrer says coronavirus numbers declined slightly over the past two weeks. But he says they’re still in the “moderately high” category, and not far from “high.”
Infection rates for elementary school students in Oshkosh were “moderate,” middle schoolers were “low,” and high schoolers were “high” over the past two weeks.
