A hearing to return an Illinois teen to Kenosha to face murder charges is being delayed.
Kyle Rittenhouse is still trying to find an attorney to fight his extradition. He’s charged with first-degree intentional homicide, reckless homicide, and attempted murder.
Rittenhouse is accused of killing 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum of Kenosha, and 26-year-old Anthony Huber of Silver Lake Tuesday night. A third man was wounded.
Prosecutors say all three directly engaged with Rittenhouse. He was walking around with a semi-automatic rifle.
