A community service officer in Milwaukee is dead.
Police say he was shot in what appears to be an argument between neighbors. The shooting happened in the area of South 22nd and West Barnard Avenue just before 6 p.m.
A neighbor tried to save the man’s life as did the victim’s brother who is also a Milwaukee police officer. An investigation into what happened continues.
