Appleton police are encouraging people to use an app that discourages drunk driving.
Officer Meghan Cash says the DOT has a Drive Sober app for phones, and there are a number of fun features that help people make good choices.
She says it also has a random selector that picks a designated driver among a group of people going out together. There’s information for taxis, Uber, Lyft, and buses as well.
