The percentage of positive COVID-19 tests in Wisconsin dips back below 10% on Wednesday. The Department of Health Services reports 9.7% of tests were positive–compared to the single-day record of 17.6% on Tuesday. There were an additional 15-deaths reported today–driving that total to 1,169. Two of those deaths were in Outagamie County–which has now registered 23. Winnebago also recorded one death–for a total of 22.
Brown County reported 75 new cases. Outagamie County had 63. Winnebago County added 18-cases. Calumet County was up by eight–and Fond du Lac County added ten.
Outagamie, Winnebago, Waushara, Shawano, and Kewaunee Counties all report upward trends in coronavirus activity. Brown, Green Lake, and Oconto Counties are on a downward trend.
