There’s a new push to have local companies hold their meetings in the Fox Cities to help tourism in the region.
Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau spokeswoman Beth Knapinsky says it’s called “Bring It Home.” She says by bringing events to the area, it would help the local economy. She says when companies start to plan them again, hopefully they’ll keep the Fox Cities at the front of their mind.
Knapinsky says once companies start holding larger events again, they plan to shift the campaign to draw bigger conventions.
