Oshkosh property taxpayers won’t be on the hook for legal fees connected to the bankruptcy of the Menominee Nation Arena.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says Fox Valley Pro Basketball will cover the city’s costs to make sure the arena owners pay their overdue property taxes. He says the total is about $42,000.
Fox Valley Pro Basketball risked losing its TIF payments by not paying its property taxes on time this year.
