A woman who refused to cooperate during a traffic stop sparked a high-speed chase and guns being drawn in Oklahoma… all because she had to use the bathroom.
Twenty-eight-year-old Emily Owings was initially pulled over for not wearing her seatbelt. She also didn’t have a license or her insurance, but was able to use her medical marijuana card as ID.
After checking, the officer returns to tell her that her license is suspended and that he’s checking for warrants.
“But I have to poop so bad,” Owings said. “It’s my birthday. It’s my f***ing birthday.”
Police say there was a warrant out for her arrest for allegedly fighting an officer. Upon letting her know that officers were on their way to arrest her, she disagreed.
“No they are not!” Owings said. “F*** you guys!”
Owings put the key in the ignition, sped off, and police pursued in a 70 mph chase through stop signs and a school zone. Upon stopping, police drew their guns as they ordered her out of the vehicle.
She faces several felony charges, but still had one concern.
“Can I poop in your car, man?” Owings asked.
