The expanded child care center at the YMCA’s Fox West location in Greenville is up-and-running.
Donors and staff got together last night for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, but it actually opened in June.
Executive Director Brian Rammer says there’s a demand for more child care in the growing area, and they’ll be able to serve additional families.
With the new Mary Beth Nienhaus Early Learning Center, the location can now have up to 250 children. Staff is providing full and part-time care to kids between six weeks and 12 years old.
