A federal grand jury is indicting four Fond du Lac men accused of using drug addicts to buy them guns.
Jonathan Griffin, Jason Spinks, Shakie Davis, and Treon Dennis are facing counts of conspiracy, and possession of guns by felons.
Prosecutors say the four men had a heroin buyer make 11 legal gun purchases for them in the Fond du Lac area, over an eight-month period. Three of those guns were later used in crimes in the Chicago area.
Each man could face up to 10 years in prison, if they’re convicted.
