The city of Oshkosh may consider capacity limits on bars and restaurants.
Mayor Lori Palmeri wants to put a proposal on the next Common Council agenda.
Palmeri believes there’s a need for the limits because of the sharp increase in COVID-19 cases in Oshkosh, especially among people in their 20’s and 30’s.
