Black Sabbath once sang that Fairies Wear Boots. But this week, anyone can get a pair of Sabbath-inspired kicks.
The group has teamed up with Dr. Martens for two new shoe designs. One is a high top pair that features the artwork from the band’s self-titled first album. The other is a traditional shoe celebrating the Paranoid album that has the soldier on the cover emblazoned on the outside near the ankle.
In our first collaboration with the ‘godfathers of heavy metal’, we celebrate Black Sabbath and Paranoid’s 50th anniversaries, and shine the spotlight on Keith McMillan’s ‘Keef’s’ equally hard-hitting artwork.
The boots will be released this Thursday, October 1, 2020. Head to the Dr. Martens site for ordering info and more details.
