The man accused of being the leader of a local drug ring is pleading not guilty.
John Hale of Fox Crossing is charged with having a drug house and selling drugs.
Prosecutors say Hale, his daughter Ashtyn, and Billie Gerver had marijuana and pot-laced products delivered by mail from out-of-state. They would sell the drugs in the Fox Valley.
