Kids will be allowed to trick or treat in Appleton on Halloween, but they are asked not to go door to door.
The Common Council approved a rule last night urging families to “reimagine” their celebrations and not hand out candy. Alderman Alex Schultz hopes families will do the right thing.
Trick or treating hours in Appleton will remain 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
