People in the Oshkosh community now have an actual site to gather and learn about Hmong culture.
Oshkosh Hmong Service Center president Mee Yang says this has been her dream since she took office in 2016. She says the organization has been in place for over 30 years. She hopes the services and programming they provide will help the whole community.
Yang says it took three years of fundraising and a lot of support to make their new space off Main Street happen.
