A Dallas artist, Steven Novak, decked out his house with such realistic-looking Halloween decorations, that they prompted many calls from his neighbors to police and even a couple person-to-person contacts with officers.
There are bloody bodies and blood spatters strewn about the yard and roof, and a realistic zombie effect for some extra-added terror.
He may not win “Neighbor of the Year” in his ‘hood but in terms of winning the neighborhood Halloween decorating contest, Steven wins hands, legs, heads and bodies down.
