Do I really deserve this transplant? That’s what I’d be thinking with the run-up to this heart-stopping, heart transplant transport nightmare.
A medicopter with a transplant heart CRASHED on the hospital helipad during landing. Since time is crucial in situations like these, the emergency workers efforted to get the heart out and into the hands of hospital workers ASAFP.
They got the heart out, put it in the capable hands of an emergency worker but then that worker’s (incapable feet) fail and he TRIPS while carrying the heart away from the crash – and the heart goes down with the worker.
Luckily the heart was (somewhat) unscathed and eventually made its way to the intended donor – hope the guy that tripped wasn’t the presiding surgeon.
