De Pere Riverwalk vandalized

De Pere Police are investigating extensive vandalism to the city’s River Walk and Wildlife Viewing Pier. Sometime on Tuesday night, nine light ballards were damaged along the walk. A bench was thrown into the river–as was a garbage can. Two “no fishing” signs were also torn off their brackets. Total damage is estimated at ten-thousand dollars.
