The annual tradition of re-working the line-up of British artist Chris Barker’s classic Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’ album is out for 2020.
Barker started doing this in 2016 as a tribute to famous folks who died within the past 12 months.
New additions on the cover include Rush drummer Neil Peart, Fleetwood Mac co-founder Peter Green and guitar god Eddie Van Halen.
Others recognized this year are Darth Vader actor Dave Prowse, Little Richard, Argentinian soccer legend Diego Maradona, Kenny Rogers, actress Diana Rigg, Kobe Bryant, George Floyd and Donald Trump‘s presidency.
Also a sign of the times we’re living in, all pictured on the cover are wearing masks to mark the year of Covid-19.
