A federal judge denies a lawsuit filed by two state lawmakers to overturn the Presidential election results in Wisconsin. Representatives David Steffen of Green Bay and Jeff Mursau of Crivitz filed the suit claiming that a “cabal of public-private partnerships” colluded to “create a fraudulent electoral system that legislators were unable to correct”. In his decision, judge James Boasberg says the suit “Rests on a fundamental and obvious misreading of the Constitution.” And that it “undermines the democratic election of the President of the United States.”
