Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a crash that severely hurt three people from the Oconto area yesterday afternoon.
Brown County Sheriff’s officials say a 21-year-old man driving north on I-41 hit a barrier head on by the Shawano Avenue exit in Howard.
The driver along with his passengers, a 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old man are being treated at a hospital.
The crash happened around 4 p.m.
