A Freedom man is accused of driving drunk a fifth time with a child in his car. Brian Brennan was involved in a crash with a semi along Highway 47 in the town of Center around 9:00 this (Monday) morning. The State Patrol says Brennan had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit for a person with four previous O-W-I convictions. A child under the age of 16 was with him at the time. Criminal charges are pending.
