Wisconsin records fewer than a thousand new cases of coronavirus for the first time since September. The Department of Health Services reports 946 new cases on Monday–with a positivity rate of 23-percent. That is the lowest single-day, non-holiday total since September 14th. There were an additional eight deaths–bringing the statewide total to 5,699. Two of those deaths were in Outagamie County. Shawano and Oconto counties each reported one.
Outagamie County reported 34 new cases. Winnebago County had ten. Brown and Calumet counties were up by eleven each.
