Wolfgang Van Halen saluted Robert Vargas, the Los Angeles artist who painted a huge Eddie Van Halen mural in Hollywood.
Wolfie Tweeted: “I want to extend my most heartfelt gratitude to the unfathomably talented [Robert Vargas] and [Guitar Center] for the painting of this incredible mural of my father at Guitar Center Hollywood, What an incredible honor it is to see Pop immortalized in such a beautiful way.”
The mural, was revealed on what would’ve been Eddie Van Halen’s 66th birthday (1/26/21) appropriately on the side of the famous Guitar Center in Hollywood, CA. The piece is titled “Long Live the King“.
