The search is on for a 17-year-old believed to be involved in a fatal shooting at the Fox River Mall.
Grand Chute Police consider Dezman Ellis armed and dangerous. They say he could be driving a blue Dodge Avenger with a Wisconsin license plate AHP7939.
Witnesses say a fight inside the food court led to shots fired around 3:30 p.m. yesterday. Officer Travis Waas says Jovanni Frausto died later in the day. A second victim was treated and released from a hospital.
Police believe the shooter left before officers arrived. And they say the victims were targeted. It took nearly five hours to search all of the stores in the mall and to allow employees and customers to leave.
