Police have found the vehicle connected to Sunday’s shooting at the Fox River Mall in Oshkosh. The car was located at an apartment building along 20th Avenue around 7:30 this morning. Officer Kate Mann says tips from the public led them there. Action Two News reporter Emily Matesic saw four people being removed from the unit in handcuffs–three women and a juvenile male. Mann says that seventeen year old Dezman Ellis–was not among those taken into custody. Ellis is accused of shooting Jovanni Frausto in the mall food court yesterday afternoon. A second victim was treated for injuries and released.
