Oshkosh Public Library reopening to the public

The Oshkosh Public Library is re-opening to the public. Starting tomorrow (Wednesday), patrons will be allowed to browse the shelves to check out materials. The use of computers in the library will be by appointment only. Face masks will be required. The Oshkosh Public Library has been providing only curbside service for checking out books since last spring.
