The trial of a man accused of killing his wife is being delayed after the judge overseeing the case suffered a broken ankle.
Day four of the two week trial was schedule for today. It’s set to resume Monday morning.
Seventy-five-year-old James Prokopovitz, is charged with killing his wife Victoria. She disappeared in 2013 and her body has never been found.
