A different judge will oversee the second half of a Brown County murder trial. Judge Timothy Hinkfuss was removed from the case of James Prokopovitz today–after breaking his ankle and needing to undergo surgery Wednesday night. Judge William Atkinson will now preside when the trial resumes on Monday. Prokopovitz is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Perjury in the disappearance of his wife–Victoria–in August of 2013.
