The state’s seven-day average for coronavirus deaths has lowered into the single digits again this week.
On Wednesday, state health officials shared the deaths per day average is now at nine.
The average falls as the Department of Health Services reports an additional 14 deaths today. 516 positive cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday.
Today’s data also notes that more than one third of Wisconsin residents 65 and older have gotten both doses of the vaccine, with 33.4% of seniors completing two doses. 63.4% have gotten at least one dose.
