A Texas man didn’t let hunger prevent him from stopping a fleeing criminal in the drive thru.
Police were attempting to track down a fleeing carjacker when he jumped out of his car and ran through a line of cars in a Chick-fil-A drive thru.
Another customer, waiting for his order, witnessed the chase and decided to lend a hand… and a door.
As the suspect was running past his truck, he opened his driver’s side door into the perp – knocking him off balance – slowing him just enough for the authorities to tackle him.
The man even helped by pushing the officer’s taser (that had fallen out of of the officer’s hand in the scuffle) out of the suspect’s reach until another officer came on the scene.
