It’s been two years since an Appleton man went missing in Oconto County.
Nicholas Hietpas was last seen by family and friends on April 1, 2019. He was 22 at the time he went missing.
His car was found 18 days later on an ATV trail near Highway 64 and Shadow Lake Road in the town of Doty. Authorities believe his white German Shepherd dog was with him.
His name has been added to the national missing person resource enter and database.
