Criminal complaints reveal more details on an alleged murder in Kaukauna. Dontae Payne and Tanya Stammer are charged with being party to First Degree Intentional Homicide in connection with the shooting death of Brian Porsche in a home along West Division Street back on March 30th. Both Payne and Stammer allegedly told investigators that they went to Porsche’s house to rob him–but ended up shooting him. Each claims the other fired the lethal shot. They face life in prison if convicted.
