Wisconsin Treasurer Sarah Godlewski has joined the growing ranks of Democrats running for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Sen. Ron Johnson.
The Republican from Oshkosh hasn’t said yet whether he’ll run for a third term.
The Eau Claire native was elected treasurer in 2018. Other Democrats in the race include Milwaukee Bucks executive Alex Lasry and Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson. Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barns is also considering a run.
