An animated film coming to Netflix this month tackles the “untold story” of the United States. America: The Motion Picture is an over-the-top, action-packed (and delightfully inaccurate) version of our nation’s history. This animated release set in the Revolutionary War era features some well-known names lending their voices to the project, including Channing Tatum as George Washington. Even the ghost[?] of Abraham Lincoln makes an appearance.
Although America: The Motion Picture is animated, it certainly has some off-color language that make it more for adults than children. In addition to Tatum, characters will be voiced by Jason Mantzoukas, Olivia Munn, Andy Samberg, Will Forte, Judy Greer, Bobby Moynihan, Raoul Max Trujillo, Killer Mike & Simon Pegg. It will be available on Netflix on June 30th.
