Milwaukee Woman Drives on I-43 With Hood Up [VIDEO]

We’ve all seen crazy things that drivers do on the highway. Driving while typing on a laptop. Driving while eating a bowl of soup. Driving while putting on pantyhose. However, I have never seen anyone drive down the highway with the hood up. Is there any way they could’ve made this even more dangerous? Well, it appears they’re doing something with their phone as well. Texting while driving on the highway… with your hood up?  I’m not sure if I should be angry, frightened or impressed!
