This is what dash cam video caught – a car catapulting into the scene from a raised highway onto highway 99 in Yuba City, California.
From police reports, the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run incident and had been fleeing the scene.
The driver can be heard saying something to the effect of “I didn’t see it until you screamed!”
The driver also said he rushed over to check on the driver, who was apparently laying face down on the roof of the car. “I was quite shocked and perplexed how someone escaped such an impact. God must have had His Hand with that person,” said the uploader.
The driver inside the car was taken to a nearby hospital. She survived with only minor injuries.
