The residency of a member of the Grand Chute Town Board is being called into question. Former Outagamie County Sheriff–and Town Board member–Brad Gehring has filed a formal complaint with the township, claiming that Ron Wolff is using a vacated home to register to vote in Grand Chute and to run for the Town Board. Gehring has already provided a sworn statement to Clerk Angie Cain alleging that Wolff actually lives in Nichols. If Cain finds Wolff is not a legal resident of the town, he would be removed from the Town Board and the voter rolls. A hearing on the complaint has not yet been set.
