There is a growing movement in our country toward usable renewable energy sources… but as you can see in the video below… inertia is still king of the road and rails.
Video of a tractor trailer truck getting hung up on railroad tracks at the WORST POSSIBLE TIME.
It was transporting a massive wind turbine blade and as it was making a very slow turn over some precarious railroad tracks, here comes a train. Choo! Choo!
The gates go down and the truck (which was about half way through) tries to hurriedly cross over… alas to no avail… the train SLAMS into the blade – dragging the blade and flipping the truck backwards in a shocking display of real power.
Thankfully / Miraculously no one was seriously hurt in the accident.
