Green Bay police say a woman is in custody after an armed situation at a gas station.
Officers were called to the Grand Central Station at East Mason and Bellevue streets around 4:20 a.m. for a report of a woman waving a gun around. They called in a negotiator. The standoff ended peacefully.
East Mason Street reopened to traffic.
