A man involved in a Green Bay shooting incident reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Stephon Young is convicted in Brown County Court on one count of First Degree Reckless Injury–while two other charges are dismissed. Young opened fire on a carload of people outside a west side Green Bay gas station back in May. One person was seriously injured. Young faces up to 25-years in prison when sentenced on January 21st.
