A couple from Apopka, Florida let their dog out to go ‘potty’ but the dog was acting nervous… they soon found out why – BEAR!!!
Ring Doorbell cam footage shows the couple sprinting back into their house after discovering a bear that way too close for comfort.
Apparently the dog was acting strange and after looking around a bit – the humans determined the coast was clear. That was incorrect. Shortly after letting their dog out the bear appeared by the neighbor’s house and (as you can see below) aggressively pursued the couple (and their little dog too) back into the safe confines of their home.
The couple said in a post to the video:
My husband, myself and our dog were being chased up to our front door by a black bear. We were letting the dog out to potty and a bear charged us from our next-door neighbor’s house. We made it safely into the house and closed and banged on the front door.
I do love how the little dog stops to bark one more time at the bear before retreating into the house.
