MENASHA, Wis. — A Menasha woman is reported missing.
Lily Bartow, 21, was last seen leaving her home in the 700 block of Eleventh Street around 6:30 a.m. Thursday. She is disabled and has wandered off in the past — having been found outside Menasha every time.
Bartow is 5-foot-3 and was last seen wearing grey shorts and a hoodie. She was also carrying a black backpack with an owl on it.
Anyone who sees her or knows her whereabouts is asked to call the Menasha Police Department at 920-967-3500.
