We are proud to name as this week’s Rick and Cutter Weenie of the Week… 42-year-old Autumn Gernon from Mazomanie who, according to police, fled from a traffic stop in the town of Trenton in Dodge County in her vehicle on Tuesday and in doing so, lost control and struck the police officer’s squad car and then crashed into a cornfield. Gernon escaped by fleeing on foot into the cornfield. Despite deploying a K-9 officer and a drone, police were unable to locate her.
However, the following day, Wednesday, a woman matching Gernon’s description was seen in the Waupun area where she was reportedly knocking on doors asking for water and telling people the police were looking for her. After another extensive search, police were unable to locate her.
Then, Thursday morning about 4am, police responded to reports of a woman yelling for help at Landall’s Trailer Park in Waupun. When they arrived, police discovered that the woman who was yelling was Gernon and arrested her. It is unclear why she was yelling for help but if she had not done so, she would likely still be at large.
So,
For spending two days being harder to find than a midget’s clitoris.
For disappearing into a cornfield like she was Shoeless Joe Jackson at the end of “Field of Dreams”.
And for spending more time on the lam(b) than an over-sexed shepherd.
We are proud to name Autumn Gernon as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show…WEENIE OF THE WEEK!
