STURGEON BAY, Wis–Bond is set at half a million dollars cash for a Sturgeon Bay man accused of killing a woman in a hit and run crash. Joshua Gann is charged in Door County Court with Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle.
Gann allegedly struck and killed Marilyn Vandenbogart of Sevastopol while she was walking along the road on Sunday. He then crashed his truck and reportedly fled on foot.
