GREEN BAY, Wis. — A 15-year-old girl is charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash in Green Bay.
Sienna Pecore is charged as an adult with First-Degree Reckless Homicide, Hit and Run, and Taking and Driving a Vehicle Without Consent.
According to the criminal complaint, Pecore was going between 116 and 123 mph before crashing with two vehicles at the intersection of W. Mason and Oneida streets on Sunday. Seventeen-year-old Cruz Beltran was riding in the back seat of the suspect vehicle and died at the hospital.
Pecore allegedly told investigators that she was not racing another car and had not used drugs or alcohol.
