Released 12 years ago the movie Avatar became the highest-grossing movie of all time. More than a decade after the original Avatar film broke through, director James Cameron takes us back to Pandora with Avatar: The Way of Water.
Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Stephen Lang, CCH Pounder, and Giovanni Ribisi are among those reprising their roles from the original film, with Sigourney Weaver back in a different part. Worthington plays Jake Sully, who left his human body to wed Saldaña’s Neytiri and join her in life on Pandora.
The long-awaited sequel rumored to be over 3 hours long will hit theaters on December 16th.
