OSHKOSH, Wis–Two traffic citations are issued in connection with a fatal semi crash along Interstate 41 back in July. The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office has ticketed Michael Brown of Little Chute with Inattentive Driving and Lane Deviation.
Brown says that he fainted due to a medical condition while traveling south on I-41, running off the road and crashing into a town of Vinland house back in July. An 8-month old boy inside the house was killed.
The traffic citations carry only monetary fines.
