MANITOWOC, Wis–A Silver Alert is for a Manitowoc County woman is canceled. The Wisconsin Department of Justice announced at 5:02 PM that Susan Duwane was found safe. No other details are being released. A Silver Alert was issued after Duwane had not been seen since 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, when she left her home in Manitowoc in her vehicle.
