So many good options for Weenie of the Week this past week…
Guy who led Fondy police on a 100 mph chase.
Annie from Annie’s Campground failed to show up for court.
Green Bay mother who left 4-and 6-year-old kids at home alone while she was at the bar.
Green Bay woman is accused of making multiple false 911 calls (apparently about 20) to Bellevue for four months.
Appleton woman was formally charged on Monday for allegedly burglarizing a church in De Pere on Christmas Day.
But…
We are proud to name as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show Weenie of the Week…Green Bay Packer linebacker Quay Walker who, of course, was ejected from Sunday’s season ending game against the Lions for pointlessly and moronically shoving Lions team physician T. Sean Lynch as Lynch tried to attend to an injured player. Even worse, it was the SECOND time this season that Walker was ejected from a game this season for shoving a non-player.
He is the first player to be ejected from games twice in one season since John Madden was still in short pants.
Quay followed his ejection by crying his eyes out as he headed to the locker room. 😢
So,
For learning so well from his first ejection he was able to repeat it almost exactly.
For shedding more tears on the way to the locker room than someone watching the first ten minutes of the movie UP while peeling a bushel of onions.
And for assaulting an on-field team physician the same week one saved the life of a player in a game which is the worst timing anyone has seen since Sinatra tried to nail Jackie at JFK’s funeral.
We are proud to name people pushing pointless penalty pinheaded Packer Quay Walker as this week’s Rick and Cutter Show…WEENIE OF THE WEEK.
